1. Eligibility:
Open to students currently enrolled in colleges within Navi Mumbai. Valid student ID must be produced upon request.
2. Participation Fee:
There is no registration or participation fee for any event.
3. Submission Guidelines:
• Online event entries must be submitted via the official registration form by the announced deadline.
• Registration Form Link:
• Content must be original, theme-based (Co-creating National Unity), and culturally appropriate.
Video Submission Guidelines:
• Maximum video duration: As per the event-specific time limits
• Maximum file size: 100 MB
• Preferred format: MP4
• Submission method: Upload your video to Google Drive or YouTube (set to Unlisted) and paste the link in the registration form
• Access settings: Ensure the video link is viewable (permissions set to Anyone with the link can view)
4. Judgment & Prizes:
• Entries will be evaluated by a panel appointed by Divya Nur Foundation.
• Judges' decisions will be final and binding.
• Prizes will be distributed on event day after the live performances
5. Team Size & Time Limits:
Participants must strictly adhere to the mentioned team size and time limits. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
6. Code of Conduct:
All participants must maintain discipline, respect, and sportsmanship throughout the event
7. Travel & Attendance
Finalists shortlisted for the main event must arrange their own travel to the venue. No travel allowance or reimbursement will be provided.
8. Rights & Usage:
By participating, you authorize Divya Nur Foundation to use your photographs/videos for promotional and documentation purposes

Organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during participation.
